Shipping Protection | Coverage & Claim Process
DPOVER offers shipping protection services provided by Seel. Only customers who have purchased shipping protection during checkout are eligible for the following coverage and claims.
Coverage Scope
Package Delay
International: Not delivered after 30 days from shipment date
Compensation: USD $5
Package Loss
International: Not delivered after 60 days from shipment date
Includes situations where tracking shows “delivered,” but the customer did not receive the package (e.g. porch theft)
Compensation: The actual paid value of the product (excluding shipping, taxes, tips)
Package Damage
Severe breakage, cracks, bending (if the item cannot be bent), crushing that renders the product unusable
Does not cover manufacturing defects, packing errors, or unsealed items
Compensation: The actual paid value of the product (excluding shipping, taxes, tips)
Claim Requirements
Delay: Must be filed after the delay period, and no later than 90 days from purchase date
Loss: Must be filed within 90 days from purchase; porch theft claims must be filed within 7 days after the carrier shows “delivered”
Damage: Must be filed within 7 days after the carrier shows “delivered”
Documentation Needed
Delay: No additional documents required; Seel processes based on tracking number
Damage: Requires photos of outer packaging, inner packaging, and damaged product parts
Loss: If tracking shows “delivered” but the customer did not receive the item, one of the following proofs is required: police report, video evidence, carrier-provided proof of loss, or other official documentation. (Some low-value orders may qualify for worry-free compensation without proof.)

Maximum compensation equals the actual paid value of the product, excluding shipping, taxes, or additional fees
Losses due to customs detention, duties, or force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, wars, government actions) are not covered
